Alaska Luxury Tours

July 14, 2022 – Alaska Luxury Tours has been operating in Juneau since 2018 with the goal of providing luxurious, comfortable, private, and safe tours for visitors. The company offers many different types of tours including, whale watching, hiking, “land Yacht”, and private tours. Like so many others, the company faced challenges during the pandemic and are happy to be back in business!

“The last two years have been both challenging and rewarding. In 2020 we were saddened by the pandemic and how it affected the company and communities around the world. However, the ordeal presented a silver lining that myself and my colleagues were able to understand. That realization was that we are not just privileged to work in such a wonderful place with incredible wildlife: living in Southeast Alaska is a blessing.

"This is our busiest season ever with all three yachts operating here in Juneau. We also understand a company is only successful if the team is empowered, and we believe we have the best team in Juneau. Our captains and naturalists have come together to create amazing experiences for our guests.

"On tourism, we believe that the key to success for our community is cooperation. When people work together we can achieve more than when we are at odds. The industry can easily get away from us if we let it... however we need to ask ourselves: what is the ultimate goal in Juneau tourism? Is it to make as much money as possible or is it to help individuals who live in Alaska support a lifestyle that allows us to be better ambassadors of this place and work closer to nature?
